Electrical or electronic equipment manufacturers planning to sell their products in the United States shall ensure that their equipment will not cause electromagnetic interference (EMI) when used with other products or cause harm to the public.

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) oversees and enforces this requirement, per Title 47 of CFR.

The FCC has three options for authorization:

  • Verification
  • Declaration of Conformity
  • Certification

With our international FCC laboratory network, we are offering FCC verification, Declaration of Conformity, testing and certification services.
